What a cute little face!
Pretty big feet for such a little guy!
I wonder if the spines are soft?
OMG, that is totally adorable! Thanks for showing that I would have never guessed a porcupine could be that cute.
These critters will surprise you. Their chittering almost sounds like a language. They are responsive to humans and can be quite playful when they are in captivity. We’ll have a documentary on Spanish Porcupines in about 9 months.
Greetings! This question is for the moderators or whoever deals with copyright info.
I’m working on a project with Ronald Stevens, an Australian documentary film maker. I’m working on our narrative and I ran across your photos. I will be including them in the basic document we’ll be working from. The information will be published on Stevens’ website, which is currently off line for repairs. I’m compulsive about giving credit for source material. If you have any concerns or don’t wish me to use your photos, please let me know. I have not found any pics of the porcupetts that are more wonderful than the ones you have here. I’ll be sharing one on Facebook. My friends are getting educated on porcupines as i do my write-up. Thanks for posting these; they are truly adorable. Blessings: Teres Speer [aka Tee; Consulting Naturally]
I found the baby porcupine shots on the web so I really have no copyright claim to them. Your research project sounds wonderful, please send me info when you publish.
Thanks for contacting me.
That’s a hedgehog.
I am interested in contacting the documentary maker, could you please send me a link to his web site?
